Mint Tea

Ingredients

1 bunch fresh mint
16 ounces boiling water
Honey (optional)

Time: 5 minutes

Mint tea is a natural digestive and a great cure for the common cold.

Preparation

  1. Divide mint between two tall mugs, placing the leaves first into the cups.
  2. Fill each mug with hot water and let steep for five minutes before drinking.
  3. You can leave the mint in cup while drinking the tea.
  4. The mint tea is sweet and mellow enough without any sugar, but add a little squeeze of honey if you want to sweeten it up.
